The Bank of Nova Scotia, commonly known as Scotiabank, is one of the largest banks in Canada. Racon has completed
the Mechanical and Electrical design and construction of several new Scotiabank branch banks and renovations throughout Ontario,
along with several office spaces in the various larger buildings in Toronto's downtown core.

Lafarge in North America is the largest diversified supplier of construction materials in the U.S. and Canada. The company produces and sells cement, ready-mixed concrete, gypsum wallboard, aggregates, asphalt, and related products and services. The products are used in residential, commercial and public works construction projects across North America. Lafarge North America leased the existing 60,000 sq. ft. at 6509 Airport Road building of which the interior space was demolished and Racon designed for new office space with conference rooms and dedicated data room and computer room. The design for the mechanical systems involved HVAC, Building Automated System, plumbing and fire protection. The electrical design included power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, security, data and telephone systems.
