In this Detailed
Engineering Phase the planning concepts
confirmed in the Decision/Conceptual Design phase are translated into
detailed designs for owner approval. The goal of the Detailed Engineering
Phase is to translate the owner's objectives and functional criteria
into a fully integrated architectural, mechanical, and electrical
design package. Two alternative levels of design detail are available.
- DETAILED DESIGN
for use by Racon Engineering Inc.will provide construction level
drawings tailored for use in a turnkey construction project. Use
of Racon Engineering Inc. personnel during the construction phase
allows the use of less exhaustive detail. This saves considerable
time and expense during the design process. A single point of
responsibility for the finished design is maintained.
- TENDER DOCUMENTATION
is the most detailed design option. It is a design and specification
set for intended use by others. Extreme detail is required to
eliminate possible misinterpretation. Construction of the facility
would be by others or by Project Management services provided
by Racon Engineering Inc.
Both of the above approaches will provide
you with a Computer Room with higher availability for the users.
