This entire development consisted of 220 acres used for a marina and a residential. Racon’s scope of work included the design for the electrical power distribution from the local utility grid. We will include staging drawings to suit facility development. The design included for high voltage and secondary distribution to the various components including street lighting for the entire subdivision.

Balmoral Residences Development, Bahamas

The entire development consisted of approximately 40 acres used for residential purposes only. Racon’s scope of work included the design for the electrical power distribution from the local utility grid. Our design included staging drawings to suit the facility development. The design also included for high voltage and secondary distribution to the various components including street lighting for the entire subdivision.

Star Island Development, Bahamas

Racon provided a design for electrical high voltage and secondary distribution services and lighting for the entire development of a 35 acre parcel of land which included approximately 50 house lots, 42 hotel/condo bungalows, 26 boat slips, roadway lighting, clubhouse and other associated facilities. Our scope of work included the master electrical power distribution from the local utility grid to individual houses and facility’s property line on this island.

Springfield Estate Subdivision
New Providence, Bahamas

The Springfield Estate consists of approximately 15 acres with 58 residential lots and one Amenities Park. Racon provided the design and specifications for the electrical power distribution, street lighting and utility poles for mounting power wiring and communication wiring to meet local utility requirements.
