Beth Tzedec Congregation

The Beth Tzedec complex has been around since 1953 and is located in a residential neighborhood on Bathurst Street, four blocks south of Eglinton Avenue West in the City of Toronto. The primary facilities located within the complex are the Sanctuary, the Chapel, the Banquet Hall, and the United Synagogue Day School (USDS), a K-8 elementary school. Racon has worked together with another mechanical engineering firm to complete the new gym. Racon has also performed a feasibility study on the electrical distribution and fire alarm system. The design for a complete electrical distribution and main service upgrade was completed and the construction began early in 2011 and was completed in October 2011. Racon completed the design for a complete fire alarm system replacement of the entire facility where construction was completed in 2015.
